Not really free!

Makes a buzzing sound more annoying than the Mosquitos!

You have to pay to get the feature to have the silent version. Free version is not really useable because it plays a constant buzzing and you will end up slapping your iPhone instead of the Mosquitos to shut it up. 10 thumbs down!
